- Kami tidak menjual data Anda dan tidak memasang pelacak iklan atau analitik pihak ketiga di situs ini.

02Siapa kami dan cakupan kebijakan ini
Kebijakan Privasi ini berlaku untuk situs web StreamNusa (streamnusa.biz.id), aplikasi web, dan aplikasi desktop StreamNusa (selanjutnya “Layanan”). Layanan dikelola oleh [NAMA PENGELOLA / BADAN USAHA] (“kami”).
StreamNusa adalah produk independen. Kami tidak berafiliasi, bekerja sama, atau didukung oleh TikTok. Kebijakan ini tidak mencakup TikTok maupun layanan pihak ketiga lain; masing-masing punya kebijakan privasinya sendiri.
Kebijakan ini disusun dengan mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) dan peraturan terkait di Indonesia.

Kami tidak memasang Google Analytics, pelacak iklan, atau piksel pemasaran di situs ini. Kami tidak meminta data sensitif seperti data kesehatan, biometrik, atau keuangan.
04Untuk apa kami memakai data
- Menjalankan Layanan: menampilkan tampilan layar, alert, game, papan peringkat, dan fitur lain di live Anda.
- Login dan keamanan akun: mengenali Anda, mencegah penyalahgunaan, dan melindungi Layanan.
- Dukungan: membantu Anda saat ada masalah, termasuk membaca log yang Anda kirim sendiri.
- Perbaikan Layanan: memperbaiki bug dan stabilitas, berdasarkan laporan yang Anda kirim.
- Kewajiban hukum: memenuhi permintaan yang sah dari pihak berwenang.
Dasar pemrosesan kami adalah pelaksanaan perjanjian dengan Anda (Syarat Layanan), persetujuan Anda untuk fitur opsional (mis. login TikTok), kepentingan yang sah untuk keamanan Layanan, dan kewajiban hukum.
05Layanan pihak ketiga yang dipakai
Layanan bergantung pada pihak ketiga berikut. Saat Anda memakai fitur terkait, data yang disebut di bawah dikirim ke mereka dan tunduk pada kebijakan privasi mereka.

Kami tidak mengendalikan praktik privasi pihak ketiga tersebut dan menyarankan Anda membaca kebijakan mereka.
06Data penonton Anda dan tanggung jawab streamer
Saat Anda menyambungkan live TikTok, StreamNusa memproses data publik penonton Anda (nama pengguna, nama tampilan, foto profil, komentar, gift) untuk menjalankan fitur seperti game, alert, dan papan peringkat. Pada aplikasi desktop, data ini disimpan di komputer Anda.
Dalam hubungan itu, Andalah yang menentukan tujuan penggunaan data penonton di live Anda. Kami hanya menyediakan alat untuk memprosesnya. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memakai data itu secara sah dan wajar, serta untuk memberi tahu penonton bila diperlukan (mis. lewat deskripsi live atau aturan channel Anda). Jangan memakai data penonton dari StreamNusa untuk tujuan di luar live Anda, seperti spam atau penjualan data.
07Penyimpanan, penghapusan, dan keamanan
- Aplikasi desktop: data tersimpan di folder data aplikasi di komputer Anda selama Anda menyimpannya. Menghapus aplikasi atau folder datanya menghapus data itu. Kami tidak punya salinannya.
- Versi web / akun cloud: data disimpan selama akun Anda aktif. Anda dapat meminta penghapusan akun dan data terkait lewat [EMAIL KONTAK].
- Log teknis: disimpan sebatas diperlukan untuk keamanan dan pemecahan masalah.
- Keamanan: kami memakai koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS), memisahkan kunci rahasia dari aplikasi desktop, dan membatasi akses ke data. Aplikasi desktop tidak terhubung langsung ke basis data kami. Tidak ada sistem yang 100% aman, jadi kami tidak dapat menjamin keamanan mutlak.
- Cookie sesi TikTok sangat sensitif. Jaga komputer Anda, jangan bagikan folder data aplikasi, dan logout dari TikTok di aplikasi bila komputer dipakai bersama.
08Hak Anda
Sesuai UU PDP, Anda berhak untuk: mendapatkan informasi tentang pemrosesan data Anda; mengakses dan memperoleh salinan data Anda; memperbaiki data yang tidak akurat; meminta penghapusan atau pemusnahan data; menarik persetujuan; mengajukan keberatan atas pemrosesan tertentu; dan meminta pembatasan pemrosesan. Untuk data yang tersimpan hanya di komputer Anda, Anda sudah memegang kendali penuh atasnya.
Kirim permintaan ke [EMAIL KONTAK]. Kami dapat meminta Anda membuktikan bahwa akun tersebut milik Anda sebelum memprosesnya, dan akan menanggapi dalam waktu yang wajar sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
09Anak-anak dan transfer lintas negara
Layanan ditujukan bagi pengguna yang cakap hukum dan memenuhi batas usia untuk melakukan siaran live di TikTok. Layanan tidak ditujukan bagi anak. Jika Anda mengetahui ada data anak yang masuk ke kami tanpa persetujuan orang tua/wali, hubungi kami agar data itu dihapus.
Beberapa penyedia kami (mis. Clerk, Cloudflare, Neon, Microsoft) memproses data di luar Indonesia. Dengan memakai fitur terkait, data Anda dapat ditransfer ke negara lain. Kami memilih penyedia yang menerapkan pelindungan yang memadai dan mengikuti ketentuan transfer data yang berlaku.
10Perubahan kebijakan dan kontak
Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini, misalnya saat ada fitur atau penyedia baru. Tanggal “Terakhir diperbarui” di atas akan berubah. Untuk perubahan yang penting, kami akan memberi tahu lewat situs atau aplikasi. Memakai Layanan setelah perubahan berlaku berarti Anda menerima kebijakan yang baru.

- We don’t sell your data and we don’t run third-party ad trackers or analytics on this site.
- The desktop app runs on your device. Settings, live history, and viewer data are stored on your computer, not on our servers.
- We need your email and account profile only for sign-in. Sign-in uses Clerk (including through Google or Discord).
- StreamNusa reads public TikTok LIVE data (usernames, comments, gifts, and the like) so overlays and games can run. You, as the streamer, decide how that data is used on your live.
- Some features use third-party services (e.g. AI voices, music, sound effects). Those features send certain data to them. Details are in section 5.
02Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the StreamNusa website (streamnusa.biz.id), the web app, and the StreamNusa desktop app (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by [OPERATOR NAME / LEGAL ENTITY] (“we”, “us”).
StreamNusa is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by TikTok. This policy does not cover TikTok or other third-party services; each has its own privacy policy.
This policy is written with reference to Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the PDP Law) and related regulations.

We do not install Google Analytics, ad trackers, or marketing pixels on this site. We do not ask for sensitive data such as health, biometric, or financial data.
04What we use data for
- Running the Service: showing overlays, alerts, games, leaderboards, and other features on your live.
- Sign-in and account security: recognizing you, preventing abuse, and protecting the Service.
- Support: helping you when something goes wrong, including reading logs that you send us yourself.
- Improving the Service: fixing bugs and improving stability, based on reports you send.
- Legal obligations: responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Our bases for processing are performance of our agreement with you (the Terms of Service), your consent for optional features (e.g. TikTok login), our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure, and legal obligations.

The Service relies on the third parties below. When you use the related feature, the data listed is sent to them and is subject to their privacy policies.

06Your viewers’ data and the streamer’s responsibility
When you connect a TikTok live, StreamNusa processes your viewers’ public data (usernames, display names, profile photos, comments, gifts) to run features such as games, alerts, and leaderboards. In the desktop app, this data is stored on your computer.
In that relationship, you decide why viewer data is used on your live. We only provide the tools to process it. You are responsible for using that data lawfully and reasonably, and for informing viewers where needed (e.g. in your live description or channel rules). Do not use viewer data from StreamNusa for purposes outside your live, such as spam or selling data.
07Storage, deletion, and security
- Desktop app: data is stored in the app’s data folder on your computer for as long as you keep it. Uninstalling the app or deleting its data folder removes that data. We don’t have a copy.
- Web version / cloud account: data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and related data at [CONTACT EMAIL].
- Technical logs: kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Security: we use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep secret keys out of the desktop app, and limit access to data. The desktop app does not connect directly to our database. No system is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
- TikTok session cookies are highly sensitive. Protect your computer, don’t share the app’s data folder, and log out of TikTok in the app if the computer is shared.
08Your rights
Under the PDP Law, you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed; access and obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of data; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; and request restriction of processing. For data stored only on your computer, you already have full control over it.
Send requests to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time in line with applicable law.
09Children and cross-border transfers
The Service is intended for users who have legal capacity and meet the age requirement to go live on TikTok. It is not directed at children. If you know that a child’s data has reached us without parental/guardian consent, contact us so we can delete it.
Some of our providers (e.g. Clerk, Cloudflare, Neon, Microsoft) process data outside Indonesia. By using the related features, your data may be transferred to other countries. We choose providers that apply adequate protection and we follow the applicable rules on data transfers.
10Changes to this policy and contact
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features or providers. The “Last updated” date above will change. For important changes, we will notify you on the site or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
